What is your favourite part of being a recruiter?
The fact that you are changing people’s lives. It gives you a sense of fulfilment when you help somebody achieve their dream job.
You can also impact someone by coaching them and helping them better develop themselves, so that they will have a better chance of landing a job next time.
I am also quite a competitive person so being up against another companies recruiting for the same thing is quite stimulating for me.
What is the number one top that you can give a job seeker?
Building trust between a recruiter and job seeker is key. Don’t embellish your experience or skip over key information. If you are honest with me, I will be able to deliver the best job opportunities that suit you.
