What is your specialisation?
I work within the production workforce team at Stellar. I recruit for operators within production for coal mines throughout the Bowen Basin, Sydney Basin and Hunter Coalfields.
What is your favourite part of being a recruiter?
I enjoy helping and getting to know each individual. Changing jobs can be exciting scary and a huge commitment for job seekers, but the fact they are willing to put their trust in me to help them secure their next career opportunity gives me the drive to ensure it happens successfully and as fluently as possible.
Even though processes and procedures are the same on a daily basis; every day is different because of the people that you are helping.
What is the number one top that you can give a job seeker?
